We came across this awesome video about New Yorkers who appreciate organic gardening and urban farming. These four groups of people are making a difference in the garden to plate lifestyle by creating gardens and supporting local buying and eating in New York City.
The most interesting take away from this video is the use of rooftops for gardening purposes. Because this space is not one that will be viable for development and receives a ton of sunlight, rooftop gardening is ideal in NYC.
