		<description>We typically lay our tomatoes down and plant them sideways to keep them stronger and healthy. This year we are excited to try a Topsy Turvy using organic soil, eggs shells from our free-range chickens, and a few earth worms for good measure. This will be in addition to our regular planting.</description>
